Behold the NACM Roadmap!

NACM was created in 1985 and currently serves over 1,700 members. NACM prides itself and is known for the development of court professionals through training at midyear and annual conferences, educational podcasts and webinars, a variety of publications, social media, and networking opportunities.

Consider this roadmap. It illustrates the wide array of activities and resources sponsored and offered by NACM. These activities offer many events and venues for anyone seeking a court leadership role, including those who are new or seasoned in the profession, for learning and personal growth. Items noted here fulfill learning, self-development, networking, and leadership growth.

Here is an invitation to NACM members:

  1. Think about which of these options piques your interest. Consider expanding your involvement in multiple areas.
  2. Ask yourself, within which of these areas can I expand knowledge and experience to position myself for advancement and success?
  3. Which of these areas and activities can I suggest to a colleague or refer a peer to become involved and take advantage?

The contact information for these varied activities, committees, and materials may be found on the NACM website or by contacting any of the NACM board members.
